Open gym sessions are a great way to hone in on certain obstacles. Our instructors are throughout the gym to offer help, teach and educate proper technique, and maintain safety throughout the facility during open gym sessions.
There are NO OPEN GYM HOURS Tuesday and Thursday. For the summer months all open gym hours are open to the public and to drop ins.
